Return Policy

– How customer will initiate to return the damaged product to merchant
We are sorry about that and will arrange for a return. You just have to go to ‘Your Orders’ and raise a return request with the images of the damaged product, outer and inner packing. Your return would be approved after your return request is validated.

– Who will bear the cost of return in case of damaged product

In case of Damaged goods:

– Oracle Health Park acknowledges exchange of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
– Any item found faulty, tampered with or damaged on delivery should be reported to the Company by calling our customer care at +915224011453 or e-mailing us contact@oraclehealthpark.com mentioning your Order ID, with 72 hours of receipt.This will include holidays and weekends.
– While notifying, photos of the damaged products to be sent via email. We will investigate the damage and its causes from our side and repair or replace the merchandise in entirety. ALL courier charges of this nature will be borne by Arture Designs. Arture Designs will also bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
– The products must be returned in their original packaging and all tags attached to the product/s must be intact.
– We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to You with no additional cost.
– In cases where we do not have stocks to exchange your product, we may either offer a refund or take the returned product back with Us and grant credit for the value of the returned product, which will be credited to Your account. Such credit shall be available and may be used to pay any subsequent invoice.

In case Products differ from the pictures online:

– If the product received is different from what the User had ordered on the website, the User is to send a request to ‘contact@oraclehealthpark.com’.
– The products are then to be shipped to the concerned address as Oracle provides. The shipping charges to be borne by the owner. The money will be then credited to their account for purchase ate future date.

Within how many days merchant will entertain damaged product (timelines need to be mentioned) from customer

– Within 4-5 days merchant will entertain damaged product.

Within how many days merchant will reviewed the damaged product received from customer and when merchant will be delivered the replacement of product

– Within 4-5 days merchant will reviewed the damaged product received from customer and within 7-8 days merchant will be delivered the replacement of product.
